First Spanish Futuring School

(Pending editorial review)
España (Barcelona)
We are the first school focused in the Future and the organizational Foresight. Our vision is changing the relation of organizations, executives and leaders with the future. In a country where the short term thinking is the main paradigm, we need long term thinking to face the challenges of this century. Business Foresight is a key skill for companies. We give Anticipation, Creativity, Innovation and Talent to build the futures desired by people and organizations. And a new way of working, from the preactivity and the proactivity. The innate capacity of people to feel and shape their future is necessary for knowledge and wealth creation in this century. For this reason, FUTURING, the Art to anticipate and build futures, allow us to explore deeply all the possibilities of this future. We are inspired by the future and by all can happen. We inspire others with our vision. The determinism is more dangerous than ever because now we have a capacity for action, influence and change over our futures as we never had. We search and use methodologies that identify and set future events that are probable and possible, always understanding the deep reasons of everything. Methodologies like The Future Studies, U Theory, Scenario Planning, Future Search and others. We train people to have a future mind.
