We launched a system which provides all partnering groups & NGOs a global platform- Our Online Store.
This would have been inaccessible for these rural groups due to their location,costs involved & lack of trained resources. We source from diverse backgrounds
supporting self sufficiency which directly impacts welfare & empowerment. For customers we create value by bringing exclusive,handpicked products,good for consumption, thus building an ethical & sustainable business
Our work methodology:
Step 1- The grassroots organizations, NGOs & self help groups identify the product, process & resources required to bring a product to the market
Step 2 – Act as “Social mobilizers”
1. Partner the Groups in product development & design
2. Develop new marketing strategies for the finished products
3. Act as the bridge between the NGOs & market by managing Supply chain
Step 3 – We ensure key focus on marketing & value addition by
1. Providing feedback on sales & quality of products
2. Ensuring the rural products are well packaged to match competition globally
3. Creating awareness about the products, crafts & traditions through exhibitions & conventions

Shreelata Krishnan : a corporate customer service professional with a background in media relations . An experience spanning a little over a decade with leading telecom and hospitality giants of India like Spice, Airtel, Indian Hotels Co. (Taj group) and the Tatas, Shreelata brings to the team the core competencies of management, customer service orientation and training.
